I wanted to write a personal thank you to all our amazing customers who have continued to purchase with us during the continued uncertainty caused by COVID-19.
You have placed your faith in us to get your products to you and thanks to our delivery partners, the vast majority of orders are arriving no more than 24 hours later than the quoted delivery estimate.
I have enjoyed spending hours on the customer support system helping you find the parts you need to get your home back to normal. Although some of you have been surprised to see your questions being answered at 10pm.
I also wanted to thank my amazing staff who have requested to stay at work to continue serving our customers and keeping your appliances running.
I have taken the opportunity to improve various aspects of the website, including our review system, which now allows reviews on individual products as well as reviews of the website, so please give us your feedback.
